This article is a step-by-step guide which will show you how to create templates for when you export data from the platform, creating templates will quicken the process each time you want to export.
Creating an export template
Once you have your export filters set click ‘Save’.
Enter a logical name for the template.
Click ‘Save’.
You can now select your template from the dropdown list.
Renaming a template
You can rename your template by clicking on the ‘Three dots’ button.
Click on ‘Rename’.
Type the new name.
Click ‘Save’.
Deleting a template
You can delete a template by clicking on the ‘Three dots’ button.
Click on ‘Delete template’.
Click the ‘Yes, delete it’ button.
