This article is a step-by-step guide which will show you how to use standard replies when responding to your feedback in the platform.

 

How to use a standard reply?

 

Click on the ‘feedback’ tab along the top panel.

 

 

Click on the feedback you’d like to reply to.

 

 

Click the ‘standard replies’ button.

 

 

This will show you a list of your saved standard replies.

 

Click on the relevant ‘standard reply’.

 

 

You will now see a preview of the reply. Here you can edit and make the final touches before it’s sent.

 

 

Now all you need to do is to click on either [tooltip tip=”An open conversation is a conversation that is waiting for a reply.”]‘Reply and Open’[/tooltip] or [tooltip tip=”A closed conversation is a conversation that has come to an end, or the contact has not replied, and so has been closed by a user.”]‘Reply and Close’.[/tooltip]

 

 

And that is it!

 

Now you know how to send your standard reply to one contact here is how you would send it to multiple contacts at the same time.

 

On your feedback page select which contacts you would like to send your standard reply to. To select all actively happy’s you would click on the box next to the emoji faces.

 

 

Next step is to click on ‘Actions’ and then ‘Start conversation’.

 

 

A pop up will appear and if you have any open conversations it will notify that they will be removed from your standard reply recipients.

 

 

You will then need to follow the steps as shown earlier when sending it to a single contact, click on the ‘standard replies’ icon and go from there.

 

And that’s it! You are now ready to send standard replies!
