You may need to resize your logo or banner image to fit your survey. Don’t worry, there’s a quick way to resize it, just hop over to http://resizeimage.net/ and get resizing! We recommend using a height less than 120 pixels for the logo and 600 x 200 pixels for the banner image to achieve that slick looking survey.
Although our faces may look simple in design, there is a lot of thought behind every smile or frown. The faces have been specifically designed to ensure a customer is not drawn to a certain face, making the style consistent.
You can share your feedback by exporting your data into a CSV. Exporting your data is easy to do using our export tab, it is super customisable to give you just what you need.
