This article is a step-by-step guide which will show you how to change the survey being displayed on your device without having to remove and re-add it to your instance.


Change the survey displayed on a device


To change the survey displayed on your device, head over to your chosen instance and click ‘Settings’ from the navigation panel.



On the left hand side, click ‘Devices’.



Here, you’ll see a list of all devices already connected with your account.


Find the device that you wish to change the survey being displayed on and click on it.



You’ll now see more details for that device.


Click ‘Change’.



Select your survey from the dropdown.



Click ‘Confirm’.



Your new survey will now appear on your device after a few seconds. If it doesn’t appear automatically, press ‘Refresh’.


And that’s it your app survey is ready to go!
