This article is a step-by-step guide which will show you how to create an instance, in order to this you need to be an Admin user.

 

Create an Instance

 

To create an instance, click on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen and select ‘Instances’ from the dropdown.

 

 

Here, you’ll see all of your existing instances.

 

To create an instance, click the plus in the top right corner of the platform.

 

 

Give your instance a name.

 

 

Then select from the dropdown who you will be surveying, your customers or employees. This will determine your edition – CHS or EHS.

 

 

Next step is to click ‘Create instance’.

 

 

And that’s it!
