This article is a step-by-step guide which will show you how to promote a user to an admin, in order to do this you’ll need to be an Admin user too.
Promote a user to an admin
To promote a user to an admin in your chosen instance click ‘Settings’ from the navigation panel.
This will take you to the Users page.
Find the user you wish to promote and click on the three dots.
From the dropdown select ‘Edit’.
Now you can see the user’s profile.
To promote the user to an Admin, toggle the ‘Disabled’ switch.
A confirmation window will appear to confirm that you want to promote this user to Admin, click ‘Save changes’ to go ahead and promote them.
All done! The user is now an Admin!
They can now access every instance in your One Question account.
