What is a standard reply?


A standard reply is a ready-made template to be used in conversations for faster, easier replies.


A standard reply can be used for a conversation with one contact or to multiple contacts at the same time.

Viewing all standard replies


To view all your standard replies, on your chosen instance click ‘Instance settings’ from the navigation panel.



On the left-hand side click  ‘Standard Replies’.



Here you will find the list of all your standard replies.



Creating a standard reply


Click on ‘Add new standard reply’ or the plus icon in the top right-hand corner.



Enter the name for the standard reply.



Type out your reply.


You can format your reply by using the various options:


  • Emoji’s
  • Bold
  • Italic
  • Underline
  • Lists
  • Links



Click ‘Save’.
